Patrick was there before scheduled time.He was thorough, very helpful and has a lot of knowledge. He sent us the report within 24 hours. He performed radon test free.

Patrick did a fantastic job. He made special arrangements to come on a Sunday morning which he is typically off. He was there half an hour early. He did a through exterior and interior inspection and had the report ready by the afternoon. Would highly recommend him. I also added the radon test. I researched many home inspectors and choose Patrick because he was professional and explained to me the process. Many others when I called seemed to be too busy or are doing me a favor. And he was the opposite attentive and showed appreciation for my business. He did not deviate from what he described on the phone to when he did the inspection. If there was a 10 rating I would him 15. Thank you Patrick for a great job.

Patrick inspected a total rehab property in Baltimore City's Eager East development. He did a thorough inspection pointing out over seventeen unsatisfacory items. He was methodical and inspected each level of the property and tested all mechanical systems. My Buyer appreciated his thoroughness and knowledge of the finer points of construction.

A+++ property inspector! Arrived early, was very nice, very detail oriented and found many issues many inspectors would miss. He was very prompt in the report afterwards.
