This was my first time using Thumbtack and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was! Kevin responded quickly with an estimate and his availability. He gave me a 30 minute window of when he would arrive and he was very punctual. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he offered to fix additional carpet issues he found. I appreciate his willingness to work with my schedule and do additional work while here. I’m very pleased with the re-stretch and cleaning he did of my basement carpet. I would definitely recommend.

We exchanged emails over the weekend and Monday morning Kevin called me to discuss any additional and give me a quote. We booked for Saturday and arrived during the time range given. I would definitely recommend Kevin to conduct your carpet needs. I hired him to restretch the carpet in two rooms in my 2 year old new construction home and he done it perfectly with little to no moving of any furniture. He knows what he is doing for sure. The 3-year warranty is a plus.
