This was my first time using Thumbtack and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was! Kevin responded quickly with an estimate and his availability. He gave me a 30 minute window of when he would arrive and he was very punctual. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he offered to fix additional carpet issues he found. I appreciate his willingness to work with my schedule and do additional work while here. I’m very pleased with the re-stretch and cleaning he did of my basement carpet. I would definitely recommend.

This company was immediately responsive to my inquiry about carpet stretching and cleaning. We exchanged emails over the weekend and Monday morning Kevin called me to discuss any additional and give me a quote. We booked for Saturday and arrived during the time range given. I would definitely recommend Kevin to conduct your carpet needs. I hired him to restretch the carpet in two rooms in my 2 year old new construction home and he done it perfectly with little to no moving of any furniture. He knows what he is doing for sure. The 3-year warranty is a plus.
