This was my first time using Thumbtack and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was! Kevin responded quickly with an estimate and his availability. He gave me a 30 minute window of when he would arrive and he was very punctual. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he offered to fix additional carpet issues he found. I appreciate his willingness to work with my schedule and do additional work while here. I’m very pleased with the re-stretch and cleaning he did of my basement carpet. I would definitely recommend.

This company was immediately responsive to my inquiry about carpet stretching and cleaning. We exchanged emails over the weekend and Monday morning Kevin called me to discuss any additional and give me a quote. We booked for Saturday and arrived during the time range given. The team was quick and efficient, and the room looks great! Very pleased with the service I received and plan to use them again.
