This was my first time using Thumbtack and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was! Kevin responded quickly with an estimate and his availability. He gave me a 30 minute window of when he would arrive and he was very punctual. The work was done quickly and efficiently and he offered to fix additional carpet issues he found. I appreciate his willingness to work with my schedule and do additional work while here. I’m very pleased with the re-stretch and cleaning he did of my basement carpet. I would definitely recommend.

We exchanged emails over the weekend and Monday morning Kevin called me to discuss any additional and give me a quote. We booked for Saturday and arrived during the time range given. The team was quick and efficient, and the room looks great! Very pleased with the service I received and plan to use them again.
