FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a base pricing system. Depending on if your pet receives a haircut or not. We usually do not deviate from the base pricing unless you opt to add on services or the pet has a lot of matting or temperament issues. We always consult the owner prior to grooming. We cannot give a final price until services are rendered however.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The groomer will consult you on the phone as to you and your pets needs. Upon arrival, the pet is given a thorough skin and coat examination. We will ask about any medical or allergy information that we need to be aware of. We go over what you need done for the pet and address any matting/skin and coat concerns prior to the grooming process. After the grooming process we go over anything we might have noticed, if anything at all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
