- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees as a sellers agent is rather discussed in person. I do not charge any fees as a buyer's agent. My fee for property management is negotiable. I would rather go over in details as this entail specific such as number of properties and services required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always prefer to speak over the phone if possible so that we can get to know in details exactly how I can assist you with your requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had twenty years in Property Management prior becoming a Real Estate agent. I love working with people. My clients have become my friends and I really love doing what I do. Some of the previous renters I have helped in the past have transitioned into homeowners through my help.
