I have used Jack Cooper Realty to sell three houses. In two of the cases existing tenants could have made things difficult but Jack Cooper Realty dealt with everything professionally and with patience and everyone involved ended up happy. I had absolutely no worries, all my phone calls and emails were answered almost immediately. The settlements went smoothly. I most definitely would use JCR again.
