Majid contacted me promptly. Once he looked at the issue, he provided the option to repair or replace our water heater and outlined the Pros/Cons of each solution and even provided expertise on the different manufacturers for the replacement options. I went with the replace option since my water heater is 10 years old. He offered to go to the store to pick-up the parts however I get a discount with Lowe’s (and Home Depot) so I ordered the parts online to receive my discount. Then, he went to the store and got the order and came back and quickly installed. He was patient and a complete professional in all aspects. I’ve locked in his number and will definitely be a repeat customer for all of my future plumbing needs!
