Majid contacted me promptly. Once he looked at the issue, he provided the option to repair or replace our water heater and outlined the Pros/Cons of each solution and even provided expertise on the different manufacturers for the replacement options. I went with the replace option since my water heater is 10 years old. He offered to go to the store to pick-up the parts however I get a discount with Lowe’s (and Home Depot) so I ordered the parts online to receive my discount. Then, he went to the store and got the order and came back and quickly installed. He was patient and a complete professional in all aspects. We had a leaking tankless water heater. Majid came in and he was was the only one to think that it might be under warranty, everyone else said it needs to be replaced. He ordered the parts over the phone and came in to have the parts replaced. All was done in a few hours.
