Michael did two jobs for me. Each one was completed with excellent results . The first job entailed fixing a router internet problem on my home computer. I had several people try and fix it for me but were unsuccessful. Michael fixed the problem within 45 minutes. The second job entailed retrieving information from the hard drive of a computer that had crashed 5 years ago. I had actually taken this computer to a computer company but they could not do it. Luckily, I held onto the computer. Since i was impressed with Michael after the first job, I asked him to try and retrieve information from my crashed computer. Amazingly, he was able to transfer the information t to another computer. Especially noteworthy is that I now have irreplaceble photos that I thought were lost forever. Maichael Gross is honest, professional and dependable. His personality is very pleasant and it was a pleasure to work with him. i would highly recommend him.
