I could not use my dryer for almost 3 months and had multiple people come check it out, but they could not fix or diagnose it and told me I would probably need a new dryer. I just recently bought that dryer so I knew it had to be something that could be fixed, and when Kenny came out he told me that I just needed a new heating piece or what have you and fixed it within a couple hours. I am so thankful for Kenny because he saved me money and got my dryer working!!
