- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 basic packages: 2 hours for $120 if in Baltimore or Baltimore County, $148 for 2 hours if I travel beyond that, $180 for 3 hours for most areas, and a $200 special for 4 hours for most areas under 2 hours driving time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I follow developments on the web, observing what the latest work by others looks like. My main source of learning caricatures in particular still comes from working with other professionals and picking up things that I feel can improve my style.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of artists. My father used to draw on the boardwalk in Ocean City Maryland. He taught art at Southern High School in Baltimore, and introduced me to Irv Finifter who was also an art teacher their, who had a shop on the boardwalk in OC for portraits and caricatures and I worked there for 6 summers learning the trade..
