We’re happy to offer free estimates on most projects. For larger work, such as home building, additions, or major structural changes, we’ll begin with a free consultation and a rough estimate so you know what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Keo Design Group, we keep the process clear and straightforward so our clients know exactly what to expect. We start with an initial consultation to understand your vision, goals, and budget. From there, we walk the property, put together a detailed estimate and scope of work. Once the estimate is approved, we move into the planning phase—finalizing selections, confirming timelines, and securing permits if required. During construction, our team manages every step, keeps communication open, and provides regular updates so you always know where things stand. Our goal is to make the process seamless from start to finish, delivering a space you’ll love without the stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background combines hands-on experience with professional licensing and training. Keo Design Group is a licensed and bonded general contractor & builder in the state of Maryland (MHIC #152998, MHBR #9193). Beyond licensing, our team brings years of field experience in construction, remodeling, and design-build projects. We also specialize in architectural visualization and project management, which allows us to guide clients from concept through completion with clarity. Ongoing training in building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices keeps us sharp and ensures every project meets or exceeds industry requirements.
