I have several certifications, as well as years of experience. But I also continue to take courses to stay abreast with the changing technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been intrigued with technology. And after working in the field, I realized that customer service was really lacking. So I decided to combine quality work with good customer service.
