Discounts are available for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we never charge hidden fees. For commercial clients like schools or offices, we provide tailored proposals based on square footage, frequency, and scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation – We start with a quick call or site visit to understand your needs. Custom Quote – Based on your space and preferences, we provide a detailed proposal. Onboarding – Once approved, we schedule your cleanings and assign a dedicated team. First Cleaning & Feedback – We perform the first clean and check in for feedback. Ongoing Service – We maintain consistent quality with regular check-ins and responsive support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in commercial and residential cleaning protocols, including CDC-recommended sanitation practices. We also emphasize customer service, safety, and eco-friendly product usage. As the manager, I’ve completed business operations training and have hands-on experience managing cleaning teams and client relationships.
