What can I say? I LOVE my new bathroom. I've heard so many horror stories about contractors that I was scared, but Luis and his crew were absolutely amazing. I'm sorry I dont remember the two guys names that did the work, but just know that they were great. Their work ethic is unmatched. They worked every day, except weekends, and only took a break for lunch. They made sure everything I wanted to be done was done to my liking and with precision. Every time I called Luis he always responded and was always very nice and helpful. I knew from the day Luis came to provide an estimate to remodel my bathroom that he was the guy. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable as this was my first home remodel project. Also, the price was very reasonable. I have absolutely no complaints. I'll definitely be using them for ALL my future projects big or small. I already started spreading the word to friends and family in the area to look no further DMV pro is a one stop shop and you will love their work.

Luis and his team are absolutely amazing!!!!! I couldn’t be more please with the work of repairing and painting our entire home. His team worked around the clock to meet a deadline so we could move into our home. I would recommend them for projects including bathroom remodel. I am excited for our next project as I will be using DMV pro!

My wife and I can’t say enough good things about our experience with DMV Pro Services before, during and after remodeling our bathroom. DMV Pro offered friendliest, most efficient, service at the best value.
ThumbTack recommended 5 companies for my complete bathroom remodeling. Of those 5, Luis Rivera (DMV owner/CEO) was the only one who measured my bathroom, asked questions, took pictures, typed up and sent me a comprehensive estimate complete with payment schedule. The other guys eyeballed my bathroom and said “$15,000” as they walked out of my house.
Luis was punctual and friendly. He returned my calls, answered questions and offered the cheapest estimate BEFORE he gave me a military discount. Luis acted like he wanted my business. I appreciated his attitude and professional demeanor.
Luis was flexible and worked within our schedule to begin. When the day came to start, he introduced us to his team - Hermas (Luis’ brother) and Wilfredo (a family friend), and took the time to explain the remodeling process and his vision for the project. We really appreciated this as this was our first remodeling experience.
Hermas and Wilfredo worked 9-10 hours a day, M-F, without pause - for two weeks. They impressed with their skill, physical fitness, professionalism and overall friendliness. These gentlemen even cleaned up every afternoon and set up every morning.
My neighbor was having remodeling done on his own bathroom at the same time. I’d often see his 4 person crew standing around in the yard, smoking, screwing off, playing around on their phones and arguing with each other. On several occasions my neighbor mentioned how jealous he was of my crew (Hermas and Wilfredo) quietly, skillfully and efficiently plugging away at the task at hand.
When the bathroom was finished Luis walked us through and evaluated his team’s work with us, pointing out some of the finer details along the way. Luis assured us that when (not if) the bathroom revealed a settling issue his team would return and fix the problem ASAP. As promised, we did have an issue: a noising, leaky pipe. As promised, Luis dispatched his team and fixed the problem no questions asked.
On a personal note we simply liked Luis, Hermas and Wilfredo. They are just great guys - good, trustworthy people and family men with inspirational life experiences.
Yes, of course we would hire DMV Pro Services again (and again) without hesitation.

Stop looking, you've found who you want to do work in your home! We got multiple quotes and chose DMV Pro Services after meeting with Luis and having a good feeling about their ability to do the work. His reference was also glowing and we see why now. Luis and his team were everything we hoped for and needed to remodel an unfinished room in our basement. Thank you Luis, thank you Rony, thank you Christian, Joel, Mino and the entire team of people Luis assembled to take a storage area and turn it into a sacred room for prayer.
We had an aggressive timeline and our project manager Rony was there at a moment's notice whenever we needed anything. The work was exceptional and affordable. I cannot stress enough how diligently DMV Pro Services works to complete a job. At the same time, they make sure to consult you for decisions that need to be made, to show you obstacles they're preparing to work around, and to provide their expertise regarding everything from electrical work to light placement to paint choices. Our project involved framing, drywall, painting, marble flooring, etc. They worked around our complicated sprinkler system when hanging the ceiling. They even custom stained us a door (not pictured) to be consistent with cultural specifications.
Look at the pictures! The first shows the bare bones unfinished area that was dusty uneven concrete used to store boxes and leftover materials from floor to ceiling. The second picture is an HOUR into the first day. My wife was shocked. I was shocked. They get to work and get things done! Project Manager Rony takes deadlines and eats them for breakfast. He does work himself, carrying materials and tools, helps the team understand the scope of the work, and also instructs them exactly how the client wants the work done. After everything was complete, Luis sent in cleaners to make sure we were not only pleased with the work but that it looked perfect. A+ A+ A+ 100% will hire DMV Pro Services for our next project. We feel blessed to have such a special place in our home and still feel awe every time we walk into this space. Happy to be a reference if you have questions.
