The focus is on walking out better than they walked in. Keep in mind, WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE. The first step to improving your situation is our ability to listen and understand each of them. Life Bridge Coaching offers Marital and Sex Therapy for individuals and all relationship structures. Dr. Stephanie Bathurst specializes in intimacy rebuilding and uses a multi disciplinary approach to provide a holistic perspective to healing individuals and relationships post-injury. She is a Board Certified Clinical Sexologist and Certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School. Dr. Bathurst will provide virtual coaching services via Life Bridge Coaching (State of MD License Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist: LCM585) Lastly, We are LOCATED IN BALTIMORE MD AND provide VIDEO SESSIONS ALL OVER THE COUNTRY. Clients tell us they love the convenience and comfort of sessions conducted in the privacy of their own home. I have tried many different counselors throughout the years to help me navigate through life’s challenges and every single one has the same format. They have you come in, talk to them about your challenges, they ask you how things make you feel and they tell you everything will be okay. You pay for an hour but only get 45 minutes of their time. You leave temporarily feeling hopeful for your life to change or things to feel better but they ultimately don’t. John is the first counselor who takes the time to truly get to know you and your situation and asks what you expect to get out of the sessions and out of your relationship/marriage. His sessions are longer (2-3 hours) than the typical counselor and they are meant to help couples begin to unload their challenges and leave with some tangible actions to address the immediate pain you both are feeling after the first session. John thoroughly explained that his approach is based on research and data. My husband and I went to John for several months and he was very clear about what successful couples do if they have any chance of having a healthy, thriving relationship. His approach was very methodical and we had some very intense sessions that allowed us to “unpack” all of the thoughts we had and how we were committed to do differently. The other benefits to John’s approach are the “homework”, articles and podcasts that he shares along the way to help you keep tips to a successful relationship top of mind. I will certainly use John’s services again because he is extremely candid and uses a trusted method to build strong, healthy relationships.

Have a husband that refuses counseling? Feel like you're running out of options? Frusterated at your lack of connection but don't know what to do about it? John is your guy! My husband and I both have been getting so much out of our sessions with John. I noticed a total shift in my husband's tone of voice to me and desire to be close after our first session. John leads with authenticity and gets to the root to make real changes with his unique model for providing counseling made for real marriages and real life. We couldn't be happier working with John!

I would just like to start out by saying John is a true asset to couples that are experiencing some difficulty in marriage. We only have met with him once and he has done so much to improve the health and quality of my marriage the things he do is so not traditional. We have been to many therapist and none have got close to what John has in one session. He's not the watch the clock read out of text book therapist he's a human with a heart first. very personable but tuff. I have never wrote a review for anyone in the health care field but this man is so exceptionally great at his passion to help couples he deserves this and more

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I CHARGE BY THE SESSION NOT BY THE HOUR. Sessions last until the client feels better than they did when they first walked in. WE DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak separately to all parties involved before our first session. Clients feel most comfortable if they're not walking in cold.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my degree in Counseling Psychology and my life coach certification, I am trained in the"Gottman Method." Dr. Gottman and his wife are the leaders in the industry for Marriage and Relationship counseling.
