- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To deliver any type of accurate quote, I require an immense amount of information obtained during a phone or in-person consultation. Then I meet with my team and determine how to most effectively investigate. After that, I provide a set estimate that we stick to, only altering with client permission and ONLY when absolutely necessary (i.e. newly discovered information alters the expected outcome of the case).

Making voice contact either through phone or in person and communicating effectively and clearly to establish goals and timelines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost 10 years of experience and training in investigating a broad range of case types and continually researching better methods and systems to allow for more effective case management.
