- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never offer gimmicky promotions with fine print conditions. Every customer is presented an estimate that is based on market value with a price guarantee for 12 months. We are a Cost+ Contractor, and that means our pricing is 100% transparent, and at the time of the estimate, every customer will know exactly where every cent of their money is going.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set an appointment with you to assess the job, take measurements, show you products, and present an estimate for work. Once an agreement is made, we take 3 deposit payments throughout the project broken down into thirds with the final deposit being due upon satisfactory completion. Once ordered products and materials are received, we schedule installation. Installation for a Mako Makeover will take one day to complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our installers are certified by the respective manufacturer and attend their training programs to learn the proper way to install each product to adhere to each manufacturer's warranty conditions.
