- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is simple. Home buyer clients pay no commissions. Commissions are always paid by the sellers. In the case of home sellers, the key is focus on the bottom line. All of our clients receive the highest level of real estate services, including professional handling of contracts and negotiations from an agent with nearly 20 years of government contracts experience. Commissions are a part of every real estate transaction, and the commission discussed in person with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to welcome the client and help her to feel comfortable. I asked lots of questions to make sure I understand all of her wants and needs, and to make sure I know how much the client understands about the process. Then we are able to discuss the process, set goals, and achieve them with great success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to do a "minimum" amount of continuing education for our industry, and that's exactly what many people do. I go well beyond the requirements and seek out every opportunity to learn more and to make myself better at what I do.
