Never showed for the appointment we confirmed last week. Did not respond on Thumbtack or by phone. Wasted my time and it was very disrespectful and unprofessional to not even reach out to reschedule or cancel.

we start by offering a free quote, then we set an appointment to start the project. we do explain how often we provide services and the product or materials that might be used in the process and we do offer discounts for second-time customers.
