They could be more professional. Someone was supposed to show up to do a free estimate today and nobody showed up. When I contacted the business to tell them about the no show nobody responded.

we always perform first a free estimate, to have a more clear view of how much or how big the area is.

we start by offering a free quote, then we set an appointment to start the project. we do explain how often we provide services and the product or materials that might be used in the process and we do offer discounts for second-time customers.
