William was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful when surveying my roof to locate, photograph, and explain to me the potential sources of my leaking ceiling. His team responded quickly and worked thoroughly, even identifying and patching up areas that were not in the original scope. I felt the project was done with high integrity and at a respectable price. I would definitely refer William to friends and family and call him again for periodic maintenance and when my roof needs replacing.
