William was very quick to respond to our request for a quote. Repairs to the Fascia Board/Soffit was done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service and when the time comes to replace our aging roof, Smith Home Improvement will be the first one we will call.

William was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful when surveying my roof to locate, photograph, and explain to me the potential sources of my leaking ceiling. His team responded quickly and worked thoroughly, even identifying and patching up areas that were not in the original scope. I felt the project was done with high integrity and at a respectable price. I would definitely refer William to friends and family and call him again for periodic maintenance and when my roof needs replacing.
