Our specialty is providing our customers with the best hauling and junk removal service! If our customers need one room cleaned or an entire backyard, we're the company for them! We also have many years of experience in landscaping. Having the knowledge of landscaping can really come in handy for our customers. Once we get the junk removed from our customers yard we can come right back in and provide them with a beautifully landscaped yard! Once all the clutter is removed some of our customers feel overwhelmed because they are now faced with an out of control yard with years of landscaping untouched. Here we come again to help! Let us give you the yard you deserve and have been waiting for! We are very happy when we can come back and provide this additional service. We love to take this huge burden off the shoulders of our customers, they can finally sit back and relax! We also provide residential and new construction cleaning.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
With the number of Internet scams, fraudulent businesses growing, and these overnight hauling services popping up everywhere; we highly suggest that customers meet with a representative of the company they are seeking to hire. When we come to a customers home for an on-site estimate, we feel this is a very critical step for us and our customers. We can talk with our customers and get a full description of the services they are seeking and we can show our customers that we are professional and legit and not just some guy with an email address and a pickup truck. Customers need that one on one prior to having a company come out to start services at their home or business. With having an initial meeting customers can learn a lot about a company. Also, all the details can be discussed which can save a lot of confusion, time and money. We have seen a growing number of junk removal/hauling services popping up and we feel that anyone quoting you over the phone is not a legit company. It is almost impossible to be in this industry and not have an on-site estimate take place. Please be leery of any company like this, you may find they try to cheat you. They might try to charge you much more on the spot or they'll leave you waiting and no one will show up! They are just trying to make a quick buck and do not have the customers needs and desires at the top of their priority list, as it should be! Another very important piece of advice; always have it in writing! Again, we find that many of these on-the-fly services do not even provide any type of documentation to their customers. This is completely unprofessional and leaves the customer open for a number of negative issues!
