Introduction: I love my job, it's very heart warming to be able to witness couples excitement as they begin their lives together and the joyous moments in family gatherings and I understand the importance of having these small details captured because they are easily forgotten. I remember knowing exactly what I wanted captured at my own wedding and how precious those photographs are. Kelly Mitchell is an amazing photographer! She takes the time to really capture each and ever precious moment during a photo shoot/ event. For my daughters birthday party (turning 2&3) she really focused her attention on the moments that any parent would dream to capture on camera that you will cherish for the rest of your life! She has worked amazingly well with my daughter in her Christmas shoot too! Not only had patience with my silly toddler but my two dogs as well! Her look on how things should look in a picture truly is remarkable. I will be using her as our photographer for every special moment we wish to capture on camera. She really gets to know what you and what will satisfy you as the customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Kelly did such a wonderful job with our family and newborn pictures. I couldn't be happier. The pictures are beautiful and perfectly captured our new baby girl, with her brother and our family. I'm so glad that we found her! Not only are the pictures just what I wanted, Kelly was so patient during the shoot. I mean really patient. Between feeding the baby, a big spit up, multiple wardrobe changes, different shots, etc, she was really patient and I did not feel rushed at all. She came to our home which made it super easy. And the photos are sooo beautiful. We will cherish them! The rights to the photos were included and she provided so many shots. Stop your search right here and go with Kelly. She is wonderful!!!

Kelly was easy to work with and delivered a stunning package of photos. Her journalistic approach captured all the moments we wanted her to, ones we wouldn’t have thought of, and the impromptu ones. Since Kelly works so tactfully, this is something we didn’t fully appreciate until we first looked through the photos, which were mailed in a sturdy, wood-cased thumb drive in Web and print versions. She knows how to get the shot without getting in the way. Kelly also applies just the right artistic touch, posing and framing subjects in thoughtful ways to reflect both the formality and flair of the occasion. Wanting to maximize our time with our guests during our cocktail hour, we packed in most of our posed shots before our ceremony, a time when our venue’s grounds happened to be quite breezy, requiring some taming of the bride’s vail. Not that we had any reservations before, but Kelly’s patience and ability to work through it — and with it — assured us we were in fine hands the rest of the day. Transactionally, Kelly was just as on top of things, presenting a clear, straightforward contract, offering convenient online payment, and turning around our photos within a month.
