I cannot say enough about Mercury Home Services!! The owner was so polite and professional. He went above and beyond to replace our water heater the next day. He was knowledgeable and even informed us on ways to upkeep our HVAC system. He explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns! We will be using Mercury Home for all of our HVAC needs.

We have a 10% military and first responders discount. Our service call fee is deductible from any work that is performed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive and introduce ourselves ask a few questions about the system, perform a full diagnostic and then discuss all repair options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an accumulated 6 years of classroom and hands on training, I hold a HVACR unrestricted Maryland state master license. I have many certifications from manufacturers such as Carrier, Lennox and Trane.
