FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, I prefer to customize the quote to completely cover all the clients needs. Ensuring no extra charges are applied for unnecessary items and labor. An on-site meeting is essential to providing an accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to call and arrange to meet my customers face to face. That way we can familiarize ourselves with each other and the job at hand. Gaining the clients trust is the only way to be successful in this industry and I pride myself on maintaining that trust once I have earned it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In Australia carpenters/builders need to study a 4 year course to acquire and hone their skills. Once completed they then register for a contractors license in carpentry. All of which I have completed and obtained. I also have 6 more years completing high end construction works from residential to commercial. 5 more years successfully running my own small construction business. I spent the last few years as a project manager/onsite super intendant for high end "million dollar builds". I have experience in kitchens and bathrooms, and all types of major construction - such as sub floor systems, frames and trusses, flooring, windows and doors, cabinetry, siding and drywall, trim finishing carpentry, tiling, painting, roofing - to smaller projects like carports, decks and pergolas, retaining walls and gardens, and custom outdoor settings like grill and seating areas. I have close relationships with my trusted and licensed electricians, plumbers, HVAC, roofers and stone masons... so any project you throw my way I can tackle with ease and enjoy doing it!!
