Scott is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He is very prompt with his response; He either answers his phone right away or calls back within a half hour. He answered so many questions I had, and was very patient with me. I highly recommend Scott for any private investigative services or as a process server!

Scott was very professional, courteous, and responsive to my private, process service needs! He took extra time to express his compassion and understanding of the personal matters that my Husband and I were dealing with…greatly appreciated due to the sensitive nature of the document that had to be served to a close family member. He worked quickly to complete our business within four days after we were in contact with each other, and followed through to give me closing feedback by email and a follow-up telephone call. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I’m very glad to have met him!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Do your research first. Dont just hire someone because they have the "lowest price." In some cases, that is not the best idea. Make sure that you hire someone who IS licensed. Ask them to show a license. Maryland State Police Licensing Division can also verify this.
