I called James at 5:00 pm and Allen the tech was at my house at 6:45 pm. His work was fast and efficient. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism. I requested one type of mount and after Allen arrived he made suggestions that would probably be a better fit that would require less damage to the wall. Allen's honesty and was really appreciated. I called James after the work was completed to tell him how impressed I was with the work. James was so helpful and professional as well. Outstanding customer service. I am now a cable Connexions client for life. Will refer others

I spoke with James first thing in the morning and they came out the same day! It turned out that a swivel mount was $22 more than the standard $77 mount installation. No biggie. Had an appointment for 11am-1pm. They had some issues that day and did not actually arrive until about 7pm, but kept in touch with me during the day. Again, no biggie. Anthony was the installer and he did a fabulous job and was very courteous and professional. Very skilled and quick! I would definitely use this company again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the beginning process for working with a customer is that we set up a site visit to discuss the new customers request. This site visit consist of an hour to two hours of understanding and walking through the project as to what the customer is trying to accomplish. Once we get a understanding of what the customer is trying to accomplish their budget and a feel for how the house is designed and built we then start the quote process.
