Wonderful experience. James was very knowledgeable. We had a bit of a difficult install due to some previous bad work, so we needed someone who knew what they were doing.. and he delivered.

From start to finish, I can't say how great these guys were. Submitted a request for a quote on a Sunday morning and received a reply back within thirty minutes. Scheduled them for the following Saturday and as promised they showed up on time. Before they even unpacked their stuff they confirmed with me the pricing and what I wanted to have done. From there James and Anthony got started and within an hour the install was complete. In addition to their great work both of them were extremely professional and friendly. My two-year-old wanted to assist and where some people would get annoyed they didn't mind at all. I usually don't leave reviews but these guys deserve to be recognized for a job well done, I've already started referring other people to them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the beginning process for working with a customer is that we set up a site visit to discuss the new customers request. This site visit consist of an hour to two hours of understanding and walking through the project as to what the customer is trying to accomplish. Once we get a understanding of what the customer is trying to accomplish their budget and a feel for how the house is designed and built we then start the quote process.
