- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the beginning process for working with a customer is that we set up a site visit to discuss the new customers request. This site visit consist of an hour to two hours of understanding and walking through the project as to what the customer is trying to accomplish. Once we get a understanding of what the customer is trying to accomplish their budget and a feel for how the house is designed and built we then start the quote process.
