- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is free and built around your specific home — we price on what's actually there (the number and type of windows, square footage, surface condition, and how hard things are to reach), not a generic per-pane rate. You get a firm number upfront before we start, and it doesn't change unless you add work. No trip charges, no fuel surcharges, and no upsells once we're on site. We discount recurring service, and we discount bundling window cleaning with exterior washing since we're already there with the equipment set up. We accept credit card, cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation. Tell us what you're looking for, send a photo or an address, and we'll get you a free quote — usually the same day. Once you book, you get a confirmed date and an arrival window, plus a reminder before we come. On the day, we walk the property with you and confirm the scope before anything gets turned on. For glass we use a pure-water system that rinses spot-free with no soap residue. For exterior washing we match the pressure to the surface — low-pressure soft washing on roofs and siding, higher pressure only where it's genuinely safe. When we're finished, we walk it with you again. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've done this full time since 2020, and every technician on our six-person team trains in-house before working unsupervised — ladder and height safety, pure-water and soft-wash equipment, and how to read a surface before touching it. That last part matters most. Knowing when to back the pressure off an aging roof, soft wood, painted siding, or old mortar is the difference between a clean house and an expensive repair. Plenty of damage we get called to fix was caused by someone using the right machine at the wrong setting. We're fully insured and our team is background-checked.
