I offer the best, most knowledgeable, affordable personal training available in Harford county, MD. The vast majority of my training is conducted in my personal training studio at my residence, but clients can choose to train at their own home for a slightly higher fee. I offer Harford county's best personal training! My clients get the personal undistracted training they need in a private, clean and beautiful setting that has everything needed for a fantastic workout, without waiting for equipment, without laying in someone else's sweat, and without anyone else watching you. I received my accreditation from the Cooper Institute (the Gold standard) and have a BS in Sports Medicine. My clients get great results; they feel better, they have more energy, their blood pressure goes down along with their weight, while their strength and sense of well-being increases and it's fun! There are lots of groaning and lots of laughter between sets. My clients are very happy with the training and the knowledge they obtain; the results are phenomenal.
