I want to thank Que for being available to install my new microwave! It’s Saturday before the storm, and while others were closed today or out getting ready for the storm, Que responded to the call for help. The appointment time was set and he arrived on time with his gear. The installation only took about 30-minutes, whereas someone else mentioned it would take a few hours. I was still eating lunch and Que had the old unit removed and the new one bolted to the wall. LOL He’s a true professional and he knows his job! His rates are very reasonable too, and I didn’t get charged extra for a same day installation! The new unit is great, and he hauled away the old unit too. I also had no idea about the 2nd filter, and he showed me where it was located. LOL Thumbtack only allows 3 qualities to choose from, but Que receives all 5. *Work quality *Professionalism *Responsiveness *Value *Punctuality Thanks again, Que! You’re my new appliance person!
