Efren delivered as promised. I'm very happy with the quality of the work he performed. He was able to complete the powerwashing and painting of my patio without any problems. He even replaced some rotting baseboard at the base of the columns per request without issue. I'm looking forward to future projects with Efren!

Efren was wonderful to work with! Assembled two rocking chairs expertly that had some mfr issues of misaligned holes and did it quickly and cleanly for a reasonable price. Great communication, too. Will use again for a variety of accumulating small jobs that are hard to find craftsmen to do.
