We had our thermostat changed by a non-professional and our heat stopped working in the dead of the winter. Tony was available to come first thing in the morning to fix that swiftly. I really appreciated his professionalism, his patience in explaining things, and the fact that he had shoe coverings on since our house has a no-shoe policy. I would highly recommend him and will use him again.
