Mana A/C Systems LLC did a PHENOMENAL job on my basement room that I'm renovating. They were on time, polite, accurate, efficient, fast, and very knowledgable. We wanted to replace our under cabinet microwave and install an over the range hood in our kitchen. Because this involved multiple steps of creating the ductwork so that kitchen smoke and fumes could vent outside, installing the actual unit, and repairing and painting any drywall removed in the process, I wanted one contractor who could do all three. Mana was able to do it all at a fair price, and get the job done in one day. They were also responsive to specific requests. For instance, I asked them to add some anti-mice protection to prevent wildlife from getting in through the outside vent, and they ran over to Home Depot to get mesh to keep critters out.

Mana AC gave me a quote to replace all of the duct work (NOT “duck work” listed on their truck) in my master bedroom and fully restore it by replacing the wallboard and painting it. However, Mana didn’t show on the day that they said they work start, which is not good. Also, after signing a contract, Mana informed me that must buy plastic to cover everything in my master bedroom, and later upon arrival required me to purchase more material to protect my floors. That’s unprofessional and was not a part of our contract. On day one, after demolition, Mana said that I would have to pay them much more money for the job that I signed a contract for them to complete. Again, very unprofessional! Last, Mana refused to paint, even though our contract said they would paint. I purchased paint for Mana. On the last day of work, a day later then the work was to be finished, Mana said that they could not paint unless I provided them paint brushes and rollers. How ridiculous is that! I contracted them to do this! Don’t use Mana unless yo sr willing to pay for everything, including gas for their truck! Very unprofessional company!
