Mark was able to repair my mother’s AC that has been out all summer. She lives alone with her tiny terrier and Mark was so patient with her even when she fell asleep and missed the appointment time. Rather than react in anger, he responded with concern and flexibility. He was able to return later that day and he completed the work with a high level of professionalism. He gave my mother a very fair and reasonable price which was significantly lower than what her “home warranty” company was going to charge her. He even made critical recommendations for her heating system after identifying a potential hazard. I was more than satisfied with the quality of work that Mark and his team completed for my mother. It is heartwarming to know an honest contractor that has no interest in taking advantage of the elderly. I would recommend Mark’s Mechanical Service over and over again!

Our air conditioner broke before the heat wave and Mark's Mechanical Services was recommended to us. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. The work performed was professional, and the fees charged were reasonable.
