Nate showed up on a holiday when my heat was not working. He did a thorough evaluation of my unit and came to the conclusion that it was that the thermostat batteries. The batteries were not providing enough voltage to the control board to start the heating cycle. He educated that it is best practice to change the batteries in my thermostat when I change the batteries in my smoke detector. I was impressed with his professionalism and honesty which saved me hundreds of dollars.
