It was nice to work with Serrano Pro. He installed 2 smart thermostats and communicated with me about what he was doing & any challenges he encountered. He was patient to work through 1 of the thermostats that was challenging and let me know what was done in layman terms. I was able to program the thermostats just fine. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’ve had no issues with my thermostats. Everything works like normal. Thank you!
