- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price either hourly or by the job... Whatever is most cost efficient for customer. Every job isnt the same and some require more material, people, work etc. No 2 jobs are alike for various reasons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every 6 months everyone in the company does some type of continuing ed. even if its a few hours. You must stay hungry and continuing ed. works that appetite
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in my 2nd year at UMD and I couldnt afford to go back. I always loved doing Electrical work so i put everything aside and started chipping away. Got in trade school and finished the courses
