I believe that our pricing matches our experience in the industry ( but also keeping our customers budget in - mind ) . We may not ever be known as the cheapest company in town , our goal is to be known as the BEST IN TOWN !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer ( or any customer ) we offer good quality well experienced , knowledgeable service . Customers will not have to go - through any high pressure sales presentation ( if any repairs are needed ).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I carry 2 - certifications in the chimney industry . 1 - with the ( Chimney Safety Institute Of America ) , and 1 - Master Chimney Certification with ( CCP )
