Very quick response & availability. Work was done as promised with great results. I had older Lennox gas fire places cleaned and repaired including install for remote control. Very friendly service & my fireplaces work better than ever. Exceeded expectations.

Joaquin was my technician. There was a language barrier that he handled with ease. He used his phone to translate Spanish to English and I used mine to translate English to Spanish. We had no real verbal problem with the little stuff but there were some technical issues concerning electrical and gas line connections that he explained using the phones and he made sure I understood what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem with two fireplaces, had to repair a gas fitting and replace a junction box and a switch. He cleaned up everything and his prices were competitive with all the other companies BUT he was there one day after my initial call. The other companies couldn’t come out for more than a month. I will call these guys again in a heartbeat.

the crew came earlier than scheduled, told us what the issue was and how to fix it, the cost upfront, and whether to move forward with the project. I asked them to complete the project and it only took 90 mins PLUS they cleaned up my fireplace :) now it's working like it's supposed to and very pleased with the result! 4/5 stars b/c of language barrier but I was happy to tip them for being so diligent and polite :)
