Independent Handyman Pro [IHP] is a private organization dedicated to the support of elderly, disabled, those affected by furlough and in need of assistance with projects in the home. Our experiences range from basic electrical, plumbing, painting, furniture/fitness equipment assembly, TV mounting and DIY projects (i.e., picture hanging, shelving, curtain rod install etc). Specialized services include the installation of walkers, wheelchairs, and support bars. Mr. Jafar responded immediately. We committed to a date, arrived, meticulously opened containers, laid out materials, tools and started assembling 2 armoires and then a dresser. Jay was quick to respond to my request to assemble some outdoor furniture. He was polite and respectful when speaking with him and when he was here working. He did an excellent job and even placed the furniture on our porch for us. He got the job done quickly and cleaned everything up. We are very happy with the outcome and recommend Jay to anyone needing some handyman services. We will definitely be using him again when needed.

Jay did a great job putting together two large pieces of furniture and at the last minute he also reinstalled my outdoor shutter! He was very communicative and punctual. I referred him to my neighbor and he immediately went to their home and completed their work. He’s an asset. I will be using him again.
