FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope and complexity of the project. For larger projects or property turnovers, we often bundle services together which helps customers save compared to itemized pricing. A deposit is required when scheduling in order to secure the work date and purchase materials. We always aim to provide fair, transparent pricing with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I gather details about the project through messages, photos, or a quick phone conversation. From there I provide a preliminary estimate or schedule a visit if needed. Once the scope is confirmed, I send a detailed quote. When the quote is approved, we schedule the work and collect a small deposit to secure the date and purchase materials. On the scheduled day, we complete the work efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background comes from hands-on experience in construction, property repairs, and renovation work. I’ve spent years working on residential projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, fixture installation, and general home repairs. That real-world experience allows me to diagnose issues quickly and deliver practical, long-lasting solutions for homeowners.
