Licensed Realtor here. Dany is a true professional. I was in a pinch and needed last minute attic insulation and final repairs. I had a couple of thumbtack handymen come for quotes, however Dany came early and prepared to work. In all honesty, Dany was kind, professional and trustworthy. His patience was unmatched when dealing with my client/homeowner who was not a joy to work with. He did a great job, he was quick, efficient and even did the last of the junk hauling. There was a very minor language barrier, we used google translate to confirm the extra details. Danny is my new go to contractor.
