Chavez House Cleaning did a great job on my small area, I'm renting a small basement with a tiny kitchenette, a small br and small livingroon, so it wasn't a lot to clean and it wasn't very dirty but they did a good job and left my space tidy and smelling fresh. I did think it was a bit pricey @$160 since I'm used to paying @$225 for a 5BR 3 level home.
