With the second cleaning you'll receive a 25 percent discount!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After gaining contact, I speak with the customer about what they need. I assure them of what I'm able to accomplish. I look to build trust with my customers with the hopes to continue a working relationship with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On-the-job training is my number one source of training. I've been doing this for 18 years and have proven experience in house cleaning. This experience has given me a sound knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning techniques.
