- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Along side paying per "job performed" we also offer yearly contracts. Yearly contracts is the best bang for your bucks!!! The price is at a fixed rate which is paid monthly for a year which includes: spring clean up, fall clean up, bi-weekly/every 10 day or weekly mowing, flower bed maintenance, mulching, hedging shrubs, pruning trees, fertilizing, seeding and aerating. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before performing any work we must first survey the property. After surveying the property we will provide an estimate. Once we agree upon the price we will schedule a time to complete the work. Yes, we do perform same day service but it is contingent upon our work calendar.
