- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and based on the type of service requested, location, time sensitivity, and complexity of the documents. Mobile travel, rush service, printing, after-hours appointments, and multiple parties may affect the total cost. All pricing is explained upfront so there are no surprises. Discounts may be available in limited situations and for repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the type of service needed and the location. Once the details are clear, I provide pricing, availability, and next steps. After booking, I confirm the appointment, complete the service professionally, and follow up with confirmation or documentation once the job is complete. Communication is clear from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned notary public and trained in proper notarial procedures, identity verification, and document handling. I also have experience with process service requirements, court filings, and legal document workflows. Ongoing education and staying current with state requirements are a priority. And for a little razzle dazzle, an HBCU grad.
