My experience with Bmo-Fit has exceeded my expectations. Brittanie has been an excellent trainer so far and she really goes the extra mile for her clients. She provides workouts that challenge you both mentally and physically but she is right there every step of the way encouraging you to complete them. Not only does she provide great workouts but she also provides nutrition tips that align with your end goals. She is extremely thorough in her work taking measurements of your body before you begin the program to ensure that you are moving towards your goal. Brittanie is such a joy to work with and she always provides both constructive and positive feedback. My experience with Bmo-Fit has been amazing thanks to Brittanie and I would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking to improve their health in any way.

I began training with BMO Fitness this past summer. It was a personal goal of mine to get my body in shape and I must say that the training I received at BMO Fitness put me on a path for success. The training sessions were very thorough. There was always a period to warm up, perform high intensity exercises and to cool down/stretch. BMO Fitness goes beyond the training sessions but is a lifestyle. Various nutrition tips were also incorporated into the program. The level of professionalism was unmatched. Updates of any changes to the workout schedule were always communicated and BMO Fitness does a great job of accommodating the schedules of clients. I would highly recommend this service and look forward to joining these sessions again in the future !

Brittanie always gives 110%. She challenges and motivates everyone to workout. Unlike most trainers, she even works out with us! And as an added bonus, Brittanie provides us with nutritional advice. I would highly recommend her as an excellent trainer!!!
