- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the length of stay, holidays, special care needs, and the number of pets. I always discuss pricing clearly before booking so there are no surprises. I offer discounts for repeat customers, senior pets, and veterans
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with a meet & greet, where the pet parent and their pet can visit my home - during this time, we talk about feeding schedules, medications, daily routines, special needs, and any important information about their pet’s care while also allowing the dogs to meet each other. I make sure all pets are up to date on vaccinations, healthy, and protected with flea and tick prevention. I noting feeding instructions, medication information, and emergency contacts to help provide the best care !

I have two professional pet sitter certifications, which are included in my photo section. I’m always interested in learning more about pet care
